Forms of Payment
Bike-Lift Europe accepts a variety of payment modes, among these:
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery means payment only in cash to the courier upon delivery of the products.
The courier accepts only exact amounts corresponding to the order amount (no cash return).
Bike-Lift Europe accepts payment in cash up to a value of € 250.00. The invoice amount will be charged of an additional € 3.50 for courier expenses.
N.B. We do not accept payments by cheque or postal cheque.
When paying by bank transfer, the goods will be dispatched only after the amount has been credited to our account.
Bike-Lift Europe provides for the possibility to pay by bank transfer amounts equal to or greater than € 150.00
N.B .Before transferring the payment, please check for any e-mail communications from Bike-Lift related to our bank details.
The customer may cancel the order provided that this has not been sent yet.
After dispatch is done and once the goods are received and possibly paid (cash on delivery), the customer may withdraw from the purchase as prescribed by law.
Right of withdrawal
Bike-Lift Europe recognizes the right of withdrawal as provided by law. The deadline to exercise this right is 10 days within which the customer is required to give notice by e-mail – firstname.lastname@example.org
Important. In the e-mail asking you to exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to indicate your bank details for the crediting of the amount to be returned (CIN Code, ABI, CAB code, account number, IBAN Code, SWIFT code, account holder).

In all cases when goods are returned, transport costs shall always be paid by the customer.
In case of defective goods under warranty, the cost of delivery for replacement shall be paid by Bike-lift Europe
Limitation of Liability
Bike-Lift Europe is an online e-commerce site that plans to be updated as much as possible. The nature of the products on offer and the continuous innovation proposed by the product manufacturers implies that one cannot always guarantee that information and images are actually describing products as they really look like.
Although prices, descriptions, images, applications, and any other information on this site are correct, they may contain errors, inaccuracies, typing errors, and may be updated at any time without Bike-Lift Europe having to be held responsible for that.
Bike-Lift Europe cannot be held liable to any person for any special, indirect or consequential damage, delay, lost earnings, associated with this material. The applications of each product are recommended by the corresponding manufacturers. Bike-Lift Europe does not ensure the correspondence with the original parts.
All sale contracts are concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal litigations arising from the conclusion of sale contracts of distance selling, if the customer is a direct consumer of the product, the local jurisdiction is that of the local court of the customer’s town of residence; in all other cases, the applicable jurisdiction is the Court of Parma.
