Places of Delivery 

Bike-Lift Europe delivers its products all over the World.

Our terms of delivery are EX WORKS. All transports costs have to be entirely paid by the customer.

In some cases, upon customers’ request, Bike-Lift Europe can arrange transport and deliveries using the major global freight forwarding companies and charge the corresponding costs to the customer on commercial invoice.   

Couriers Used:

MAIL BOXES ETC. – express delivery

TNT – express delivery

DHL FREIGHT – delivery within 3/5 working days (depending on destination)

FERCAM (DACHSER) – delivery within 3/5 working days (depending on destination)

TRANSTIR – delivery within 3/5 working days (depending on destination)

Timing and mode of delivery

The shipment of goods by parcel delivery takes place within 15 working days from receipt of the order (lead time), depending on actual stock availability. 

Shipping:

Shipping is made directly to the address indicated in the order (home, office, relatives …). Choose this mode of delivery only if the destination address is someone who can get your order.

How to deal with product delivery:

When the courier delivers, the customer must check:

That the package is not damaged, not wet and otherwise complies with the standard features of a parcel

That the number of collies indicated on the invoice corresponds to the number of packages delivered.    

Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, in the absence thereof, the product is considered as correctly delivered.

   

The commercial invoice is normally sent via e-mail to testify that the goods have been duly collected by forwarders and, upon request, it can be placed in a pocket on the outside of the package.

All commercial invoices must be kept by the customer. 

What to do in case of damage due to transport:

If, upon unloading of the goods, a visible damage to the packaging is detected, the customer must:

Express reserve that the package is accepted but before signing the document, one should write “goods accepted under reserve”. Once the package is opened and found damaged, the customer shall be compensated for the damage suffered.

Reject the damaged goods if it is impossible to accept the parcel under reserve or if the damage is visible without opening the package.
