Please find below all information provided by Bike-Lift Europe to complete purchases of products and to safeguard the transaction and the customer.


All prices are  EXW and VAT exempt. No freight charges are included and prices are not subject to any discount due to promotion codes.


To place orders in Bike-Lift Europe you need to log in.

New potential customers can still add products to the cart without logging in. Only when one decides to complete an order he/she will have to log in.

  • Cart: the customer can add all the products he/she wants to the cart. The prices shown already include VAT. Shipping costs (including VAT) are immediately displayed, taking into account the total weight of the products in the cart. Any additional expenses depending on the payment mode chosen are not displayed.
  • Customer information: once the customer has decided to proceed by confirming the order he/she will have to log in. The registration form requires that the customer enters some data (by filling in the order form, having read the provisions of Article 10 of Law 675/96, the client agrees to make available his/her personal data to be used only for commercial, fiscal, administrative and information purposes related to our business activity). The required fields are marked with an asterisk and are compulsory for the proper completion of the registration. Bike-Lift Europe urges customers to carefully read the Privacy Policy before proceeding with the registration confirmation. Once the procedure is correctly performed, Bike-Lift Europe will send a confirmation e-mail to the registered address.
  • Summary and confirmation: the order ends in phases. Inside the cart one can view the list of products included, manage quantities, delete undesired items and always see the total cost including shipping. If not previously done, the customer must log in to continue with the order confirmation. The next step is to choose the shipping address. Each user can enter several delivery addresses and save them with different names for quick recognition (ie. Home, work, office). Once the delivery address is chosen, the customer must choose shipment and payment mode among those available depending on the amount of the purchased items. If one chooses cash on delivery, additional costs are raised. Once the order is confirmed, our mail server will send an e-mail containing an order summary.


    Each order will be accompanied by a commercial invoice.

    All the goods sold are covered by a 2-year warranty from the manufacturer and by a 24-months warranty for any conformity shortcomings, according to the Italian Law 24/02.  In order to be granted a warranty, customers must keep the original invoice, as the invoice date is binding for a warranty to start.

    The 24-months warranty under the Decree 24/02 applies to products that lack conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. This warranty is limited to private consumers (people buying goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, or making a purchase order form without indicating any reference to VAT).
    In case of a lack of conformity, the product will be subject to a repair / replacement or price reduction up to the termination of the purchase contract. In the event that, even after repair by Bike-Lift Europe, or by an Authorized Service Centre, the claimed product should not result in having a lack of conformity according to DL 24/02, the customer will be charged for any testing and product recovery cost, as well as any arising transport cost. The timing for replacement or repair of the product may vary depending on the extent of the defect to be assessed. No damage can be claimed for any delay in repair or replacement. Any work performed by personnel that has not been explicitly authorized byBike-Lift Europe will immediately make the warranty void. The warranty does not apply in cases where product failure is caused by improper use, incorrect installation, servicing, maintenance or repair by technicians not approved by Bike-Lift Europe. Any intervention made under warranty shall leave the duration of the warranty period of the product completely unchanged.

    In cases where the warranty application provides for the return of the product,  Bike-Lift Europe should be contacted via e-mail under–  assistenza@bikelifteurope.it. Our staff will provide you with all the necessary information. Your e-mail must contain the number of the invoice issued at the time of purchase. The goods must be returned by the customer in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc …); No label or adhesive tape is allowed on the original product packaging.
